- If you are a customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards, in accordance with our legal obligations (e.g. in the case of financial and accounting supporting documents, for which the retention period required by law is 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were drawn up).

III. Returns policy: general conditions of application
- Right of return: 14 calendar days from receipt (for individuals).
- Special condition (energy equipment): solar generators must not show signs of installation, scratches on the terminals or battery charge/discharge cycles that reduce their resale value. Management apps must not be initialised, so that the product can be returned in the condition in which it was delivered.
- Products that are incomplete, damaged or worn beyond reasonable limits may be refused or partially refunded (a deduction proportional to the depreciation, under art. 14 para. 3 of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014).
- Repeated returns of damaged or incomplete products may be refused under art. 14 para. 3 of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014.
- Shipping: the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, and the invoiced value of the returned item must be declared/insured.
1. Returns of products ordered online (individual consumers)
Under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) No. 34/2014, individual customers are entitled to a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the distance contract, without giving a reason and without any costs other than those provided for by law. The period is calculated from the day after receipt of the product. Please complete the Return form. You can also withdraw from the contract online: withdraw from the contract here.
Exceptions to the right of return (art. 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014)
- Products with signs of use beyond the testing allowed in a physical shop (scratches, hair, stains, dents, persistent dirt).
- Products with unauthorised interventions or modifications.
- Products without all their original accessories; missing original packaging may lead to a reduction in value due to return in an unsaleable condition, a refund proportional to the depreciation, or refusal of the refund.
- Products with damaged or removed labels, films or factory seals, where these are needed for resale or for assessing conformity or proper working order.
- Products with active user accounts (Mi, iCloud, Google, other management apps) or passwords that prevent use by another customer.
- Products with activated OEM licences.
- Specially ordered products, sourced on the basis of a firm order or a fulfilled pre-order (art. 16 letter c).
- Unsealed hygiene or personal health products (in-ear headphones, earplugs, sensors, pads, electrodes).
- Vacuum cleaners or purifiers, if the filters have been used and show dust/dirt; if the product is new, the cost of a new, original filter will be deducted.
2. Returns of products for companies
Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) No. 34/2014 does not apply to companies. Returns are possible within 48 hours of receipt, only if the products are complete, undamaged and in their original packaging, meeting the same technical/cosmetic/packaging conditions that also apply to individuals. Please complete the Return form.
IV. Product warranty
- Guarantee of conformity: 2 years for individuals / 1 year for companies. Non-compliant use, or use outside the product's conditions of use, results in loss of the warranty and a premature reduction in the estimated lifetime.
- Service life: applies according to the manufacturer's data sheet (e.g. 5 years for LiFePO4 batteries), depending on how the battery is preserved/protected (3000 charge cycles). LiFePO4 batteries must not be fully discharged repeatedly and must not be kept discharged for longer than 30 days. This process leads to premature ageing of the battery and a reduction in its estimated lifetime.
- Interventions: unsealing the generator, disassembly or unauthorised installation results in loss of the warranty. Any mounting/integration of the generator/battery into an automated energy backup or power bypass system must be carried out by an authorised operator, and the installation documents must be presented.
The following situations will result in loss of the warranty
- thermal, mechanical or plastic damage to the products caused by fire, accidents or negligent use, traces of contact with liquid or other substances, traces of oxidation caused by use in places with steam or excessive humidity, excessive dust, burn marks, cracks, breakages;
- work on the products carried out by persons not authorised by the seller, supplier, importer or manufacturer or by other authorisation/certification bodies in the energy sector; missing or damaged seals or markings of the manufacturer or seller on the products; missing or damaged serial numbers; unsealing of equipment or components sealed by the seller, supplier, importer or manufacturer; loss of the warranty certificate or proof of purchase;
- the product was not used in accordance with the instructions in the user manual or for the purpose for which it was designed; the product was not used with original accessories or consumables;
- alteration or completion of the data in the warranty certificate; any change made must be accompanied by a signature and stamp;
- improper or non-compliant use or installation;
- cosmetic damage or aesthetic improvisations;
- damage caused by nature (for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes and others);
- misuse/damage through incorrect use;
- abuse;
- negligence;
- commercial use, except for buyers that are companies and the 12-month guarantee of conformity;
- modifications to any part of the product;
- proof of purchase associated with the product and/or the website cannot be provided;
- lost or stolen products;
- problems not related to quality (after 30 days from purchase);
- free products;
- repairs by third parties.
The returns and warranty policy may be changed without prior notice.
The product warranty does not cover insurance of the products during transport to the seller for return or for bringing them back into conformity. Shipping costs will only be borne where the claims are well-founded and proven. If the products show no defect or fall into one of the situations listed above, the shipping costs will be borne by/charged to the customer. We recommend using the products according to the instructions in the product's user manual. We recommend following the maintenance conditions for better operation and a longer lifetime.
Please note
From a technical point of view, for LiFePO4 batteries, a loss of charge capacity of up to 25–30% over a lifetime of 5–10 years is considered acceptable and is in line with the manufacturer's technical specifications.
Your product contains batteries/accumulators with chemical components that are harmful to the environment. To dispose of electrical or battery waste responsibly, please contact a specialist recycler!
Recommendations
- We recommend that you do not drain the LiFePO4 battery completely and repeatedly!
- We recommend that LiFePO4 batteries are not stored long-term at less than 60% of their charge capacity.
